Nine Inch Nails have now given us a second taste of the Add Violence EP that is coming out this Friday, July 21. You can listen to "This Isn't the Place' above.

The song follows "Less Than," which arrived last Thursday, a few days after teasing it, along with the official news of the release date. Add Violence is the second installment of a trilogy of EPs that began with last year's Not the Actual Events. Trent Reznor has said that the third part will come out within six to eight months of Add Violence.

Reznor is making good on a self-imposed deadline to have Add Violence ready before the band's first concerts of the summer, the first of which is tomorrow at the Rabobank Arena in Bakersfield, Calif. On Sunday, they'll close close out the FYF Fest in Los Angeles and, a week later, will play the Panorama Festival in New York. After that, they only have two more dates on their calendar, Chicago's Riot Fest on Sept. 15 and the Aftershock Fest in Sacramento on Oct. 21.

Fans can go to the band's website to pre-order the digital version of Add Violence, with a limited-edition "physical component" which they say "may provide clarity" to be shipped at a later date. The physical component that accompanied the Not the Actual Events CD was a black powder.

"This will make a mess," a warning on the package read. "By opening this envelope in any way, you assume all risks to your person and/or property, and waive any claim against The Null Corporation, any of its subsidiaries or affiliated entities from any and all damages or harm you may incur.”
