Annie Clark (aka St. Vincent) allegedly destroyed a few paintings in her dressing room after playing the Chilean version of Lollapalooza last weekend and the artist is asking for reimbursement.

According to a story in La Tercera, Clark desecrated paintings by Chilean artist Constanza Ragal Chaigneau, who wants $4,500 from Clark as compensation. In one of the artist's Instagram posts, which has since been taken down, Chaigneau said the paintings were desecrated with “knives and violence,” further detailing the extent of the damages.

Clark remained in Chile for a few days after her festival appearance, and it is unclear at this point if she was detained by the country for her wrongdoing or if she chose to stay there to work out any repayment details. She left the country to continue on her South American tour in Paraguay on Wednesday (March 18), and further details on why she actually destroyed the paintings are not currently available.
