Swedish singer-songwriter Kristian Matsson, better known as the Tallest Man on Earth, has long been a loved staple in indie music circles, but last night (May 20), he made his late night television debut on Conan. Watch him perform "Sagres" below:

The Tallest Man on Earth released "Sagres" back in February, when he also announced his fourth album, Dark Bird Is Home, which hit the streets on May 12 via Dead Oceans. While the Tallest Man on Earth has traditionally been a one-man, one-acoustic-guitar deal, Dark Bird Is Home features Matsson working with a full band to produce country-tinted folk rock.

He kicked off an expansive tour earlier this month, and the Tallest Man on Earth will be on the road in the U.S. and Europe from now until October. Check out complete tour dates below.
