Treasure Island Music Festival has announced its 2014 lineup, and, not so surprisinglyOutkast will headline along with Massive Attack.

Taking place Oct. 18-19, the San Francisco fest has also enlisted the New Pornographers, Alt-J, Washed Out, St. Lucia, White Denim and others.

Besides music, Treasure Island will also offer a number of other activities, including a 60-foot Ferris Wheel that will act as the beacon of the event. More "treasurers" will be announced as we get closer to the festival dates, organizers promise.

Two-day passes go on sale tomorrow. General admission tickets are $145; the VIP tix are $295. For that VIP price, you get "preferred viewing area next to the main stage, tented lounge with access to full liquor bar, private restroom facilities and access to special VIP food concessions."
