It's been far too long since we've been treated to a new Arcade Fire album. Their latest, the Grammy-snagging 'The Suburbs,' dropped more than two years ago, but its follow-up could be around the corner, and the previously unheard 'Crucified Again' could hint at the direction they're going with it. Arcade Fire performed the song on Friday in New York City at an event celebrating the 25th anniversary of the Partners In Health charity organization, and while the tune may or may not turn up on the as-yet-untitled next album, any new music Arcade Fire is cause to celebrate in our book.

Luckily somebody in the crowd Friday had a camera rolling (the 2011 live debut of the song in Haiti went undocumented), and while the video is a little fuzzy, the audio comes through loud and clear -- well, at least clear. Arcade Fire drummer Jeremy Gara recently hinted at a 2012 release for the new album, which rumor has it is being produced by none other than ex-LCD Soundsystem frontman James Murphy.
