Last week, Arcade Fire covered Blondie's classic No. 1 song 'Heart of Glass' in concert during a tour stop in Texas. Late last night at Coachella, Blondie's frontwoman Debbie Harry joined them onstage for an even more awesome performance.

But in a reversal from last week's performance -- when the band opened with its own 'Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains)' and then segued into 'Heart of Glass' -- the Coachella set featured the Blondie hit first followed by the Arcade Fire 'Suburbs' track.

Harry was a surprise guest during Arcade Fire's set, which closed the music fest's first weekend. She stuck around after singing her 1978 hit to help out the group with its own song. You can watch the nine-minute medley above.

It sounds like Arcade Fire worked out some of the bugs from their first stab at the song. The synth-based rhythm flowed more smoothly at Coachella. And is that some actual disco heart and soul we hear in there now? 'Sprawl II (Mountains Beyond Mountains)' was kinda flawless too, and made all that more excellent by Harry's guest vocal.
