The legendary Nile Rodgers has unveiled his very own dance festival to take place in Riverhead, N.Y. on Aug. 4 and 5 – the aptly named FOLD Festival, which stands for FreakOutLet'sDance.

The event will feature performances by notable hip-hop and R&B acts like Pharell, Q-Tip, Janelle Monáe and many more, but also Grammy winner Beck and Duran Duran.

Rodgers announced the festival which will take place at Martha Clara Vineyards via Facebook:

“I’ve got my own festival called FOLD (FreakOutLet’sDance) starring #Beck #DuranDuran #JanelleMonae #Pharrell #ChakaKhan & many more in Riverhead, NY Aug 4 & 5 – It’s going to be one of a kind amazing! I promise”.

The two-day festival will run from 3 PM to 11 PM each day, but will also include a children’s festival from 9 AM to midday. FOLD is expected to draw around 10,000 people and a portion of the proceeds will be donated to local charities. Tickets go on sale June 10. More details will follow.
