Yesterday (March 3), Brandi Carlile dropped her latest full-length, The Firewatcher’s Daughter, via ATO Records. That night, she and her backing band celebrated its release with a performance of “Wherever Is Your Heart” on Conan. If you missed the show when it aired, you can now watch it for yourself in the video above.

During the set, the singer-songwriter took effortless command of the stage with her powerful brand of folk -- something we wouldn't mind seeing for ourselves. Thankfully, it won't be too difficult, as Carlile recently announced she would play an intimate, unplugged gig at this year’s SXSW in Austin. She’ll take the stage at Central Presbyterian Church in just a couple weeks on March 18, with her set scheduled to kick off at 11:00PM.

If you can't make it out to Austin for SXSW, Carlile has U.S. tour dates scheduled through September. Those include appearances at this year’s Bonnaroo festival on June 14 in Manchester, Tenn., and FloydFest in Virginia, which will run from July 23-26 . You can find a complete list of stops and purchase tickets over on Carlile’s website.

The Firewatcher’s Daughter is Carlile’s fifth album in all, serving as a follow-up to her 2012 effort, Bear Creek.
