Christopher Paul Stelling Proposes to Girlfriend at Newport Folk Festival

Christopher Paul Stelling has had a high-quality past couple months: He made his network TV debut on CBS This Morning, we named his album Labor Against Waste one of the best of 2015 so far, and this weekend, he played a set at the Newport Folk Festival that he concluded by getting on one knee and proposing to his girlfriend, Julia Christgau, on stage. Stelling celebrated the event by sharing a photo on his Facebook page of a newspaper clipping mentioning his proposal:
