Courtney Love vs. Ryan Adams – Nastiest Rock Feuds

As with many controversies in Courtney Love's life, this one started with an indecipherable blog post. In a long rant that surfaced in 2008, Kurt Cobain's widow accused Ryan Adams of looting $858,000 from her daughter Frances Bean's trust fund to finance his 2003 album, 'Rock n Roll,' which she called “one of the worst records i can think of in rock and roll history." She then followed it over the course of the next year with additional disses against the singer and his wife, Mandy Moore.

Adams finally responded in 2009 with a post of his own, stating he had never touched Love or Bean's money. He also vehemently denied Love's assertion that they had once gotten to know each other intimately.
