2015 Heartbreaker Banquet Includes Willie Nelson, Butch Walker + More

On March 19, smack dab in the middle of this year’s edition of the SXSW Music Festival, Willie Nelson is teaming up with Electric Lady Studios and Robot Fondue to present the 2015 Heartbreaker Banquet. This one-day festival began in 2012 and is held at Nelson’s private Luck, Texas ranch.

This year’s fest is one of the most exciting yet, with Nelson headlining the main Medicine Show Stage alongside Hurray for the Riff Raff, Nikki Lane, the Heartless Bastards, Delta Spirit, Lukas Nelson and the Promise of the Real and more. Over at the Revival Tent Stage, Butch Walker will be headlining and performing with Angel Olsen, Israel Nash, Joseph, Lindi Ortega, the Deslondes, Hamilton Leithauser and Matt Sucich. There will even be a “In the Round song swap” featuring the likes of Langhorne Slim, Luke Bell, Danny Romano and Hugh Masterson, hosted by Jonny Burke.

Besides the festival on March 19, there will also be an official “Banquet at Heartbreaker”  the night before, featuring a “culinary fete that will celebrate the best of the food and music industries.” Tickets for both the banquet and festival are on sale at this location.
