Iron and Wine, ‘Joy’ – New Video

In anticipation of the forthcoming Iron and Wine album ‘Ghost on Ghost,’ singer/songwriter Sam Beam gives listeners a sneak peak with today’s release of the video for ‘Joy.’ The clip takes the viewer through a vibrant stop-motion-animation scene of nature. The forests, flowers and animal skulls all share one thing in common: the neon-colored silhouette of a woman. Her image blossoms on the screen along with the depictions of nature, often intertwining. The clip, directed by Hayley Morris, is the perfect counterpart to Beam’s lovely, quiet and introspective lyrics and sound.

‘Ghost on Ghost,' Iron and Wine’s fifth album, drops April 16.
