It’s Morrissey!

Yep, Morrissey wrote these lyrics:

"The songs we sing, they're not supposed to mean a thing."

They come from the song 'We'll Let You Know,' which can be found on his 1992 solo album 'Your Arsenal,' which we also happen to think features his best work since the Smiths. Morrissey has been busy lately picking fights with Jimmy Kimmel, the Staples Center and even Paul McCartney. Not to be outdone, Taylor Swift fired some fighting words at Tina Fey and Amy Pohler this week for a joke they told about her at the Golden Globes. See? We told you Morrissey or Taylor Swift are a lot alike.
