Up 'til now, Kimbra's been mostly known for her appearances on other artist's tracks (including Gotye's massive hit 'Somebody That You Used to Know'), but in a few weeks, she's stepping out on her own again -- and you can sample a track from her new album right now.

The new song, 'Come Into My Head,' is a funky, brass-laced uptempo number currently being streamed exclusively at Entertainment Weekly, where you can stream it by clicking here. It's our first taste of what to expect from Kimbra's new LP 'Vows,' due for Stateside release on May 22.

The album's already been out for months overseas, where it achieved platinum status in Australia and went gold in Kimbra's native New Zealand. But the North American version sports a different track listing -- in fact, the deluxe version, available from pre-order via iTunes, sports a whopping 16 cuts, only seven of which were available on the original release. Among the new additions is 'Warrior,' the song Kimbra recorded for Converse with Foster the People.

So check out 'Come Into My Head' -- and mark your calendars for May 22. Something tells us we haven't seen the last of Kimbra on the upper reaches of the Billboard charts.
