What do Guns N’ Roses, Def Leppard, Motley CrueQuiet Riot and Twisted Sister have in common? A lot of things, but all five groups can add something new to that list: They've all been immortalized in the form of 8-bit video games in a sweet new video from Loudwire.

The rock music site (in partnership with Filthy Frackers) just posted a faux trailer for a game called 'Monsters of Rock: 8-Bit Video Game' featuring chiptune versions of Guns N’ Roses' “Welcome to the Jungle,” Def Leppard's “Pour Some Sugar on Me,” Motley Crue's “Girls, Girls, Girls,” Quiet Riot's “Bang Your Head” and Twisted Sister's “We’re Not Gonna Take It," all while characters from classic games like Contra, Mario, Donkey Kong Jr. and a bunch of others watch or take part in the action themselves. Check it out below.

Of course, this isn't the first time Loudwire and Filthy Frackers have teamed up. They put together a similar video earlier this year for thrash metal groups.
