The lineup has been announced for Mountain Jam 2013, and given the assemblage of talent, we're guessing there are going to be a lot of happy campers at the Hunter Mountain ski resort in Hunter, N.Y. Scheduled for June 6 through 9, this year's festival features Phil Lesh & Friends (featuring Warren Haynes, John Scofield, Joe Russo and Jeff Chimenti), Widespread Panic, Govt Mule (back for the ninth straight year), Primus, Dispatch, the Avett Brothers, Gary Clark Jr., Soulive with the Shady Horns, Jackie Greene, Deer Tick, ALO, Rubblebucket, the Amy Helm Band, Nicki Bluhm & The Gramblers, the Revivalists, David Wax Museum and Simo.

Early-bird tickets go on sale this Saturday, Jan. 19, at 10AM EST, offering fans a discount of up to 25 percent off day-of prices. Options include three- and four-day passes -- with and without camping -- as well as an all-new Super VIP Press Package, which gets you catered meals, free massages and access to the artists.

Known for its eclectic lineups and scenic environs, Mountain Jam has seen some killer performances since launching in 2005. Presented by Radio Woodstock and Govt Mule singer-guitarist Warren Haynes, the festival is perhaps best known for its jam bands, but the inclusion of such genre-blurring artists as Austin guitar slinger Gary Clark Jr. and indie-Americana favorites the Avett Brothers and Deer Tick are testament to how well-rounded an event this has become.

The fest is also known for camping, though as we previously reported, this year's go-round will offer alternatives for those not into sleeping under the stars. Buses will run from the resort to surrounding hotels, so folks who like showers and continental breakfasts will be covered. And those who prefer roughing it won't have things too rough, as for the first time ever, Mountain Jam is offering a limited number of car-side camp sites, which save fans the trouble of hauling their gear up the mountain.

Whether they sleep in tents or hotels, Mountain Jam 2013 attendees will have their pick of tasty treats from some of the area's best food trucks -- yet another reason to make the trip Upstate.
