Hailing from Albany, N.Y., atmospheric rockers Northern Faces came together in 2012, and earlier this year, they released the EP 'Southern Places,' written in an isolated cabin in Vermont.

One of the standout tracks is a gorgeous tune called ‘Under My Skin’ and Diffuser.fm is excited to premiere a live video performance. Filmed by Made of Chalk during Northern Faces’ recent tour with RX Bandits, the clip captures the group in action at the famed Metro in Chicago. This is the first in a three-part series, and the other two Metro vids will arrive later this week via the Equal Vision Records' YouTube page.

Both 'Under My Skin' and ‘Finding Hope,' the next song in the series, appear on ‘Southern Places,' which is available for free download for a limited time. The third and final video is for a brand-new previously unreleased song called ‘Strange Place.’ Northern Faces are writing material for their debut full-length album and will play a trio of shows at CMJ in New York later this week.
