RDGLDGRN Light Up SXSW 2013 With Blend of Rock and Hip-Hop

Washington, D.C.-based genre smashers RDGLDGRN tore up the stage at the SXSW 2013 Virgin Mobile House yesterday (March 13), performing their soulful track 'Doing the Most' (video above), among other tunes. Co-written by mega producer Pharrell, 'Most' is emblamatic of the group's style: R&B and hip-hop given a rock edge by live instrumentation.

Released last month, RDGLDGRN's debut EP was recorded at the legendary Sound City Studios and features contributions from Pharrell, as well as Mr. Sound City himself -- the man who directed the new documentary about the famed recording facility -- Dave Grohl.
