San Francisco’s Outside Lands music festival has announced its 2015 lineup. Elton John, Mumford & Sons, the Black Keys and Kendrick Lamar top this year’s bill.
Day two of (Aug. 10) Outside Lands 2013 featured two headliners that seem on opposite ends of the career spectrum, headed in different directions in terms of relevance and popularity. Or at least they did before Saturday night.
Back in April, the lineup for the sixth annual Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival was revealed, and perhaps not surprisingly, given the roster of artists -- Red Hot Chili Peppers, Paul McCartney, Phoenix, Nine Inch Nails and more -- organizers of the San Fran fest have announced the fastest sell-out in the event's history.
Back for its sixth go-round, this year’s Outside Lands Music and Arts Festival is set to run from Aug. 9-11 in San Francisco’s scenic Golden Gate Park. The lineup features a wide variety of top-name acts, among them the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Paul McCartney, Phoenix and Nine Inch Nails, plus dozens more.
