Vampire Weekend

If you missed out on Boston Calling last weekend, don’t worry – you’ll have another chance to catch the festival this fall. The second installment of the fest is set to run from Sept. 7-8 at City Hall Plaza, and the lineup features an array of top-name acts, including co-headliners Vampire Weekend and Passion Pit.

This past weekend, Vampire Weekend appeared on ‘SNL’ to play a couple of new songs, and last night (May 13), they hit the stage of ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’ to perform a couple more: ‘Ya Hey’ (above) and the web-exclusive ‘Everlasting Arms’ (below).

The 'Modern Vampires' -- i.e. Vampire Weekend -- swarmed 'the City' (that'd be Manhattan) this past Saturday night (May 11), taking to the 'SNL' stage to perform two songs from their forthcoming album, 'Modern Vampires of the City.'

Vampire Weekend have dropped a lyric video for their track 'Ya Hey' from 'Modern Vampires of the City,' out May 14. But don't roll your eyes, since it's not just words on screen. It's actually a visually interesting clip that presents itself like an atrsy commercial you'd see in Europe.

Last night (April 28), Vampire Weekend took the stage of NYC’s Roseland Ballroom for a highly anticipated show as part of American Express Unstaged concert series. The gig featured two brand-new songs and was broadcast to the masses via a live webcast directed by actor Steve Buscemi.
