As Los Angeles-based alt rockers the Crash Kings gear up for the release of their third full-length album (due out later this year), Diffuser is beyond excited to team up with them for the debut of the brand-new track, “You Keep Me Runnin'” -- take it for a spin in the audio player below.

With an undeniably catchy and instantly accessible rhythm, the Crash Kings have crafted a clear statement of where they are at in 2015, and where they plan to take fans with their upcoming record.

“I wrote ‘You Keep Me Runnin’ about a guy I knew who was constantly chasing the next best thing,” frontman Tony Beliveau tells us. “When I took a step back, I realized how insane it all was. Whether it was the next girl, or the next high, it was just never enough for him. It was hard to tell if he was just unhappy or if it was the chase itself he was in love with. Either way, it kept him running.”

He adds, “We really had fun in the studio with this song -- we played around with a bunch of different piano sounds using pickups in the piano to run it though guitar pedals, which was something we had never really done before.”

In addition to a new LP slated for release this year, the Crash Kings are getting ready to take over the Satellite in Los Angeles for a monthlong residency. Beginning Monday, June 1, and concluding on June 29, the rockers will be headlining free gigs every Monday -- doors open at 8PM and the guys will take the stage at 11PM.

On top of that, the Crash Kings plan to take their performances and curate a Live at the Satellite compilation. Needless to say, there are a lot of big things in store for 2015, so make sure you stay up-to-date with everything happening in the Crash Kings' world at their official website.
