Sure, it annoys us when we have to double-check the correct spelling of tUnE-yArDs every time we type it. And the face-paint thing freaks us out a little bit. But as long as Merrill Garbus keeps making music like she does, we won't complain too much.

'Wait for a Minute,' the latest song from her upcoming album 'Nikki Nack,' is warm, soulful and a little weird. In other words, it's typical tUnE-yArDs territory, and pretty awesome. You can listen to it above.

The track comes by its warm, soulful and weird tones naturally: It was produced by Malay, who worked with Frank Ocean on his great 'Channel Orange' album.
