"Run," the lead single from Foo Fighters' Concrete and Gold, has won the 2018 Grammy for Best Rock Song and Greg Kurstin, who produced the record earned the statue for Producer of the Year, Non-Classical for the many artists he worked with over the past year. The award was given out during the Premiere Ceremony at the Theater at Madison Square Garden prior to tonight's telecast.

Sleep Well Best by the National won Best Alternative Album and it was otherwise a big night for alternative and indie acts, with Portugal. The Man's "Feel It Still" winning for Best Pop Duo/Group Performance.

LCD Soundsystem earned the first award given out this afternoon, with "Tonite" for Best Dance Recording. That was immediately followed by Kraftwerk's 3-D The Catalogue winning for Best Dance/Electronic Album.

Father John Misty's Pure Comedy (Deluxe Edition) shared the Grammy for Best Recording Package with Magín Díaz's El Orisha De La Rosa. Art director Sasha Barr accepted the award. The "Latroit Remix," made by Dennis White, of Depeche Mode's "You Move" won the award for Best Remixed Recording. White got one of the biggest laughs of the night when he quoted old-time comedian Jack Benny in his speech: "I don't deserve this award, but I have arthritis and I don't deserve that either."

In the Best American Roots Performance category, Alabama Shakes took home the Grammy for "Killer Diller Blues," while Jason Isbell won Best American Roots Song for "If We Were Vampires." Isbell's The Nashville Song, home to "If We Were Vampires," was named the Best Americana Album.

Aimee Mann's largely acoustic Mental Illness earned the Grammy for Best Folk Album and Lisa Loeb's Feel What U Feel won Best Children's Album.
