After the release of his new solo album, 'Tyranny,' Julian Casablancas has been everywhere with his backing band the Voidz, from late night TV to a handful of select shows.

Last night (Oct. 25), the Strokes frontman and singer-songwriter announced a whole bunch of new U.S. and Canada tour dates (with support from Shabazz Palaces, Mac DeMarco, an unnamed "special guest," and others) to close out the year -- not to mention dates in Europe and Australia as well.

The new experimental solo album is by far the singer's strangest work to date, messing with both avant-garde and noise rock principles. It's currently out now on Cult Records and fans can purchase the digital copy for a mere $3.87 here.
