Last year, Marco Benevento entered the studio to record his latest effort, ‘Swift.’ Partnering with producer Richard Swift (who has worked with the likes of the Shins and Foxygen), the LP finds Benevento at his most delightfully energetic, and today (Feb. 11), we couldn't be more excited to premiere the music video for one of the album's many highlights, 'If I Get to See You at All' -- check it out above.

Benevento has taken his talents all over the country, from New York City’s esteemed Carnegie Hall and the famed Newport Jazz Festival to the grandaddy of them all, Bonnaroo. All of those experiences -- tacked on top of several solo albums and 7-inches -- culminate in ‘Swift.’ Packed with nine tracks that are full of dynamic, energetic arrangements, the album finds Benevento at the top of his game.

So it only makes sense that the accompanying visual for one of the LP's standout tracks, 'If I Get to See You at All,' is equally as -- if not more -- exciting.

“From September to December, we shot tons of footage from our east coast tour that covered Portland, Maine, to Atlanta -- and lots in between,” Benevento tells us. “We also got a bunch of video with the kids, the chickens, the goats and the bees back on the farm and in our studio, called Fred Short.”

If the perspective of the video seems unique to you, that’s because it is -- the video is shot on GoPro cameras, often times giving fans unique points of view of what life is like at Fred Short. “It’s a colorful blanket of fall hues documenting those four months in our lives,” he explains. “Thanks to GoPro for sending us all of the amazing cameras that we used to capture the images you see in the video.”

The one-of-a-kind perspectives strewn throughout the music video only serve to elevate the experience Benevento and his band -- which includes bassist Dave Drewitz (Ween) and drummer Andy Borger (Tom Waits) -- have created with 'If I Get to See You at All.'

Benevento and company are on the road throughout February, March and early April, and will be bringing their high-energy rock and roll to this year's edition of Mountain Jam. You can check out their full tour itinerary here, and be sure to pick up 'Swift' at this location.
