This year's Lollapalooza isn’t even over yet, but that doesn't mean we can't start looking forward to next year's festival. On Saturday (Aug. 4), a third international site for Lollapalooza 2013 was announced – the location being Tel Aviv, Israel.

Canadian indie rock outfit Metric have been together for over a decade now, initially garnering attention with their 2003 debut album, 'Old World Underground, Where Are You Now?' Metric just released their fifth full-length record, 'Synthetica,' in June to widespread acclaim. Lollapalooza had an unexpected break Saturday (Aug. 4) in Chicago, as fans of the music festival were evacuated due to a pending storm that was approaching the area.

If you can’t make it to Chicago, Ill. for this year's Lollapalooza, do not fear. A live stream schedule of the upcoming festival was recently announced, featuring performances by the Black Keys, the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack White, the Shins and many more.

We're still a week and a half away from Lollapalooza. However, the fact that this year's version of the festival hasn't taken place yet isn't stopping its organizers from announcing the dates of 2013's festival.

Lollapalooza 2012 should be quite the music event, and even if you can't make the festival, so long as you're in the Chicago area there will be plenty of performances going on to make your August 3 weekend worthwhile.

After much speculation and rumor, the official Lollapalooza 2012 lineup has been unveiled -- and it's pretty killer. The Red Hot Chili Peppers, Jack White, the Black Keys and reunited metal legends Black Sabbath are slated to headline this year's festival, which is slated for Aug. 3-5 in Chicago's Grant Park.

The 2012 Lollapalooza lineup isn't supposed to be formally announced until Wednesday, but a rumored lineup surfaced over the weekend. According to the document, Black Sabbath, the Black Keys, the Red Hot Chili Peppers and Jack White would headline the event.

Lollapalooza's luster has faded a bit since its Buzz Bin-raiding early '90s heyday as the premiere rock festival in all the land, but it's still going strong. In fact, they traveled to Chile last weekend, drawing more than 50,000 fans to a lineup that included Bjork, TV on the Radio, Band of Horses, and the headlining Foo Fighters.
