This year’s summer-long New York City festival features performances by the likes of Jim James, the Roots, Beck and many more. The 6th annual Roots Picnic has been announced and is set to take place on Saturday, June 1, at the scenic Festival Pier at Penn’s Landing in Philadelphia.
