After teasing us last week with a preview visual regarding their new LP, A Place to Bury Strangers have officially announced 'Transfixation.'

Set for release on Feb. 17 via Dead Oceans, the band's fourth album will encompass their experiences on the road since 2012's 'Worship' and will also show the band's sonic progression. After hearing their new single, 'Straight,' that progression is quite obvious. While their announcement claims that they "trusted their instincts and tried to keep things as pure as possible," A Place to Bury Strangers are on point with this one:

They've also announced their upcoming tour for the top of 2015. Check out the dates below to see when they'll be heading to a city near you.
