Arca Shares Moody New Song ‘Urchin’

It’s been just over a month since Arca (aka Venezuelan producer Alejandro Ghersi) dropped his sophomore effort Mutant, but he’s already doling out new music before 2015’s close.

Today (Dec. 30), Ghersi unveiled the dark, moody cut “Urchin,” which you can stream at the bottom of the page. The new track arrives mere days after he shared the not quite minute-and-a-half “Monstruosidad.” You can listen to that song over at Ghersi’s Soundcloud page.

Mutant, which follows Ghersi’s 2014 debut Xen, isn’t the only album with Arca’s name in the credits to earn a place on 2015 year-end lists. He also co-produced Björk’s Grammy-nominated Vulnicura.
