It's one of rock's most iconic songs, so you're always playing with fire if you dare cover it. But Australian classical pop group Aston recently posted their version of Nirvana's 'Smells Like Teen Spirit' (above), and it's everything you could hope for in a symphonic tribute.

Percussionist  Daniel Luscombe posted on Facebook that he wrote the arrangement about four years ago. "My first ever CD was Nirvana's 'Unplugged' album and it has been one of my favorite records since," he said. "They have always been a huge influence (not that this song was on that record)."

Aston formed in Sydney in 2009 made up of students at the Sydney Conservatorium of Music and signed to Warner Music Australia after posting an incredibly popular cover of Lady Gaga's 'Telephone.' Check it out below.
