As the release date for Daft Punk's long-awaited new album approaches, the French electronic duo is stepping up its promotion of the record. First there was the brief teaser last month that appeared during a 'Saturday Night Live' break. Yesterday, during the Coachella festival, they unveiled a nearly two-minute trailer for the album.

The trailer, which was broadcast on a giant screen at the fest, features some new music. But more importantly, it confirms rumors that have been picking up momentum over the past few weeks that the Neptunes' Pharrell Williams, the Strokes' Julian Casablancas and Animal Collective's Panda Bear are among the guest stars.

The trailer -- which you can watch below -- also shows producer Nile Rodgers playing guitar with the robotic duo. His role on the album has also been rumored and now finally confirmed.

The new album, 'Random Access Memories,' will be released on May 21. It's Daft Punk's fourth LP and first since 2005's 'Human After All.' (The duo worked on the soundtrack to 2010's 'Tron: Legacy,' but no one counts that as an official Daft Punk record.)

In addition to the aforementioned collaborators, the record will also include appearances by Giorgio Moroder, Chilly Gonzales, DJ Falcon and Todd Edwards, whose names scroll by at the end of the trailer .
