"I didn't know this was being recorded or filmed."

So says legendary rocker BP Fallon about the new video for "Van and Gloria" from his new live album, Live in Texas"It's rock and roll magic, one of those moments that just happened," he tells us. "The whole thing takes off, a modern-day version of what the Yardbirds would call a rave-up."

Today (March 3), Diffuser is excited to give you a glimpse into that "rave-up" with the debut of "Van and Gloria" -- check it out in the video above.

"There are three guitarists, Aaron Lee Tasjan, Danny B Harvey and Joe King Carrasco. Aaron was in the reformed New York Dolls awhile and is my soul brother in BP Fallon and the Bandits and beyond, Danny B plays with Wanda Jackson and Lemmy [Motorhead] -- though, not at the same time," Fallon says about the band in the video. "Joe King is the last of the Texas legends via Doug Sahm, so you have these three incredible guitarists playing together for the first time ever and they're soaring."

He goes on, "And then there's this guy in a Derby hat and pink Converse sneakers doing verbal into the mic about rhythm and blues and pop stars and Howlin' Wolf and he's twitching around all over the place and it rocks like a mother and the audience is going bananas, changing 'Gloria!'"

Fallon admits that this video is very special to him, and he's "looking forward very much to playing at SXSW 2015." Believe it or not, Fallon and company are doing eight shows at this year's music festival in Austin. "We'd love to see you. What a gas."
