The April 28 release of Humanz will result in the first time Gorillaz hits North America since 2010. The band announced 17 dates in major U.S. and Canada cities spread out over three months.

They'll begin on July 8 at the Huntington Bank Pavilion at Northerly Island in Chicago. They'll play a mixture of theaters, arenas and outdoor venues -- some of which will be for festivals -- before wrapping it at the III Points Festival in Miami on the weekend of Oct. 13-15. You can see all the dates below.

Tickets for all of the dates (except New York and Miami) will go on sale this Friday, April 21, and tickets for all of the non-festival shows will include a digital or physical copy of Humanz. Fans will receive instructions for redemption shortly after purchase. For full details on the tour, visit their website.

Humanz was announced last month and promoted with the release of four of its songs, a secret gig, an app and the possibility of an animated TV series. Guests on the album include Noel Gallagher, Mavis Staples, De La Soul, Jehnny Beth of Savages, Grace Jones, Carly Simon and D.R.A.M.
