On April 21, Canadian folk rockers Great Lake Swimmers celebrated the release of their sixth full-length effort, A Forest of ArmsFeaturing impossibly beautiful arrangements, frontman Tony Dekker and company have crafted a dynamic and inimitable listening experience with the new record. Today (April 28), Diffuser is excited to premiere the official music video for the LP's second track, "Zero in the City" -- check it out above.

"'Zero in the City' takes a reading of internal and external weathers, and lands somewhere in the place where those psychic and physical landscapes overlap," Dekker tells us. "It's a good crosscut of the new Great Lake Swimmers album, with its driving rhythm section, chiming banjos and soaring strings."

The video highlights the band's talents with captivating visuals, existing perfectly side-by-side with the music. It's directed by Gaëlle Legrand and Christopher Mills, and produced by Number Four Films Incorporated.

You can grab information on A Forest of Arms -- along with the band's full discography -- here. Great Lake Swimmers are in the middle of a tour in support of the new disc, with a number of gigs scheduled throughout North America; check out their scheduled dates at their official website.
