News Bits: Jack White’s Former Band the Go Getting Box Set + More

-- Jack White's pre-White Stripes band the Go is being anthologized with a five-cassette box set. It's not known how much White is actually featured on 'Unreleased 1996-2007,' but many of the collection's 92 tracks are from the the band's 1999 debut album, 'Whatcha Doin',' which he played on. -- A mere 13 years after a Ryder truck carrying most of their one-of -a-kind music gear was stolen from an Orange County, Calif., hotel parking lot, Sonic Youth have recovered two more guitars in the last week: one was discovered by a fan on eBay, another after being put up for sale by a pawn shop.
