Interested in buying a shirt depicting Kurt Cobain’s 1994 suicide note? No, neither are we. However, apparently -- and unfortunately -- there is a market for such apparel.

Twenty years following Cobain’s death, tank tops featuring screen prints of the late Nirvana frontman’s scrawled suicide note first showed up on an Etsy seller’s website. Thankfully, the online retailer had the decency to take down the shirts after some fans took notice and protested the questionable items.

Now there appear to be similar t-shirts being sold on Ebay. What’s more, 16 people have already purchased the tops.

Rather than donning clothing exploiting Cobain’s tragic death, we’ll opt to remember the iconic grunge singer-songwriter by continuing to listen to Nirvana’s catalog instead.

What do you think? Is the clothing in poor taste, or are we overreacting? Let us know in the comments section below.
