Ahead of her new album, ‘Short Movie,’ Laura Marling stars in her own short film called, ‘Woman Driver,’ which made its debut at the London Short Film Festival last month and took home awards for Best Musical and Best Actress in the 72-Hour National Film Challenge.

In the film, Marling portrays a hitchhiker who catches a ride in a yellow school bus driven by Casey Thomas Brown’s character. The six-minute, Chris Perkel-directed film also features three new songs from Marling, including ‘Walk Alone,’ which will appear on her upcoming album. You can watch 'Woman Driver' in its entirety up above.

The English singer-songwriter’s album, ‘Short Movie,’ will arrive in stores on March 24.
