Singer-songwriter Matthew Houck and his seven-piece outfit, Phosphorescent, have announced a triple-LP of live recordings performed during a four-night set of gigs at the Music Hall of Williamsburg in Brooklyn. The December 2013 residency spanned the band’s decade-long career, covering songs from five of their six albums.

The three-album set, ‘Live at the Music Hall,’ will include 19 tracks from the shows, one of which was a solo performance by Houck. Check out the album art below:

“Playing those four shows, it was clear something special was going on,” Houck said. “After eight months of touring, we’d gotten to a really good point where we weren’t quite exhausted yet with the material, but we’d had enough time to really grow with the songs.”

The live albums exhibit that growth, demonstrating how the songs have transformed since their original release. You can hear it in Phosphorescent’s live performance of ‘Los Angeles’ below.

‘Live at the Music Hall’ will arrive Feb. 17 via Dead Oceans. You can pre-order it here.
