‘Playing for Keeps’ Trailer – What’s the Song?

The first trailer has been unveiled for ‘Playing for Keeps’ -- a film starring Gerard Butler and Jessica Biel -- and it features the gripping tune ‘Steal Your Heart’ by Augustana.

The song is the lead single from the band’s self-titled 2011 album, which came out via Epic Records. The emotionally driven track is a perfect fit for the upcoming flick, which centers on a man who struggles to be a good father while trying to get his life back on track.

In addition to appearing in the trailer below, ‘Steal Your Heart’ was also included in a promo for the teen drama series ‘Degrassi.’ Another song from the same album, ‘Just Stay Here Tonight,’ was featured in an episode of the TV show ‘Private Practice.’

Augustana is best known for their hit single ‘Boston,’ which appeared on their 2005 album ‘All the Stars and Boulevards.’ The song landed at No. 34 on the Billboard Top 100 chart that year and was showcased in episodes of ‘Scrubs,’ ‘Smallville’ and ‘One Tree Hill.’

Augustana have led several headlining tours in the past and have also supported many well-known bands, including Counting Crows, O.A.R., the Fray, Snow Patrol and Maroon 5.
