On June 23, Sad Robot unleashed their latest LP, Après Moi, le Déluge. Full of lush instrumentation and infectious grooves, the album perfectly captures the high-energy of the L.A.-based electro-pop rockers. Now, Sad Robot are giving fans a peek behind-the-scenes of their recording process, and today (Aug. 3), Diffuser is excited to unveil the in-studio video for "I Want You Bad" -- check it out in the player above.

"I Want You Bad" focuses on the full band performing live in the studio; it's just one of many examples of the magic Sad Robot can create when all of their moving parts work in tandem.

The video is also a glimpse at what it was like for Sad Robot to record Après Moi, le Déluge. “The studio experience differed quite a bit due to the extensive demoing and pre-production that went on for over a year from start to completion of the record,” vocalist Kat Pawlak explains.

If you're in the San Francisco area, you can catch Sad Robot at Bottom of the Hill on Aug. 28. In the meantime, make sure to keep an eye on their tour itinerary -- and of course, grab yourself a copy of Après Moi, le Déluge -- at their official website.
