Summer is coming soon, and that means one thing for many moviegoers: another blockbuster film based on comic book characters. 'The Avengers,' a movie in which many of Marvel's superheroes come together to save the world, has a heavyweight cast including Samuel L. Jackson, Scarlett Johansson and Robert Downey, Jr.

Therefore it makes sense that the music used in its trailers also use A-list music. Its new trailer for its Japanese audience uses 'We're in This Together' by Nine Inch Nails. The song appears at the 1:44 mark, right after Jackson says, "Get ready." The bad guys fly in to attack New York City, and Iron Man, Captain America, Hulk, Black Widow and others fight back as Trent Reznor's music plays.

'We're in This Together' was originally released on Nine Inch Nails' 1999 album, 'The Fragile.' Its music is what Reznor is known for, contorted guitars and slamming rhythms. The lyrics to its chorus are fitting for a tale about overcoming obstacles. "You and me / We're in this together now / None of them can stop us now / We will make it through somehow." The song was released as a three-part single in Europe and Japan.

Although Reznor has gained national fame recently for his Academy Award-winning score to 'The Social Network,' Alan Silvestri composed the score for 'The Avengers,' which opens in multiplexes everywhere on May 4.
