Americana group the Wood Brothers announced today (July 23) that they are gearing up to release Paradise, their upcoming album and follow-up to 2013's The Muse. The band has also shared album track, "Listenin' to Strangers," which you can listen to below, via Paste.

Paradise was recorded at Dan Auerbach's East Eye Sound Studios, and it also marks the first time a Wood Brothers album was written together by all three members: Oliver Wood, Chris Wood and Jano Rix.

Chris Wood said of the connection between the band and their audiences, “Performing songs for a crowd of strangers can make everyone in the room feel like a part of something bigger than themselves. The audience and the performer get the feeling they’ve known each other all along. For many of us, music is the only way to feel that kind of ecstatic connection."

The Wood Brothers have a bunch of live dates scheduled between now and the end of the year, so check out their complete itinerary at their website.
