As U2's massive iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE world tour chugs on, it was announced today (July 30) that the group will have a small take-over of HBO: On Nov. 7, a documentary "that offers unprecedented access to the band and the team that worked with them to conceptualize and create its current iNNOCENCE + eXPERIENCE world tour" will air, and on Nov. 14, HBO will feature the band's performance at the Bercy Arena in Paris that is set to take place on the same day.

Michael Lombardo, President of HBO Programming, said in a press release, "U2 continues to take risks, which has made them one of the most consistently exciting forces in rock’n’roll. The one-two combination of this documentary special, followed by the concert, will provide viewers with the ultimate look at this remarkable band behind the scenes and on the stage."

The documentary will also explore challenges and setbacks the band faced while getting the tour off the ground, like Bono's bike accident in November 2014. Check out U2's remaining tour schedule at their website.
