The Gaslight Anthem are well known for their high-energy performances at live shows. However, frontman Brian Fallon took it to another level when he made a death-defying leap from a balcony of London's KOKO nightclub onto the audience below.

As Spinner uncovered, footage of Fallon's daredevil stunt at the show was captured and uploaded to YouTube, which you can watch below. The singer is shown standing on the opposite side of a balcony while the rest of the Gaslight Anthem jam out on the stage. Fallon then looks down at the crowd and seems to say, "You guys catch me!" After giving the thumbs up, he turns around and dives backwards into the crowd, much to the shock of spectators.

Fortunately, people were able to catch Fallon, and he came away unscathed. He even helped a fan back up and proceeded to be swarmed by fans as he made his way back to the stage. A smitten female fan made sure to give the singer a kiss on the cheek before the opportunity slipped way.

The Gaslight Anthem will release their fourth studio album, called 'Handwritten,' on July 24 through Mercury Records. They will return to the U.S. on June 22 in Atlantic City, N.J. for a month-long North American tour, capping it off on July 24 in New York, N.Y. After another stint in Europe, the Gaslight Anthem will tour with punk rockers Rise Against in September and October.
