Coachella

Phoenix capped their performance at Coachella last night by bringing out R&B star R. Kelly, who sang his excellent 2003 hit 'Ignition (Remix)' with the French band. You can see the video of their onstage collaboration below.

For most fans, Coachella 2013 got off to a rocky start, as security lines backed up under scorching sunlight, but concertgoers quickly put that problem behind them as they walked onto polo fields filled with bands, rappers, folk singers, DJs and some really bizarre people dressed up like hippos. We saw a lot for one day, so here's a quick recap of the highlights, lowlights and just regular lights.

Blur played Coachella's main stage last night, delivering a hits-filled set that spanned their career. The Britpop legends were one of the festival's headliners.

As the release date for Daft Punk's long-awaited new album approaches, the French electronic duo is stepping up its promotion of the record. First there was the brief teaser last month that appeared during a 'Saturday Night Live' break. Yesterday, during the Coachella festival, they unveiled a nearly two-minute trailer for the album.
