Watch the Flaming Lips and New Fumes’ NSFW Video for ‘Girl, You’re So Weird’

Here's a tip for all you aspiring video directors out there: Next time you want to put together a clip that's heavy on the smoke, Day-Glo lights, and glittery plastic strips, you can take a little money out of the budget by simply neglecting to pay for wardrobe.

That's what the Flaming Lips and New Fumes did for their 'Girl, You're So Weird' video, which brings the song to the screen with a bevy of naked beauties, plus the assortment of visual weirdness mentioned above -- basically, everything you would expect from a Lips song. Especially one culled from an album called 'The Flaming Lips and Heady Fwends.'

As fans are no doubt already aware, the guest-star-studded new album is coming out in conjunction with Record Store Day, and finds the Lips working with a slew of friends (er, fwends) that include Bon Iver and Kesha. As if that wasn't enough to get you out of the house and standing in line at your local record shop, a limited number of the LPs are also rumored to include the actual blood of some of the performers. What else could you ask for?
