Total Babes – the punk outfit featuring Cloud Nothings drummer Jayson Getycz – will release their sophomore full-length, Heydays, on May 19 via Wichita Recordings. In anticipation of the new album, the Cleveland-based four-piece have debuted the lead track, “Blurred Time.” Take a listen in the visualizer below.

Previously, the band revealed the upcoming album’s title track and “Circling.” The LP – which follows Total Babe’s 2011 debut, Swimming Through Sunlight – will feature guest spots from Cloud Nothings’ Dylan Baldi, Emeralds’ John Elliott and Smooth Brain’s Nathan Ward.

Total Babes will head out on a U.S. tour with Sebadoh at the beginning of June. It launches June 2 in their hometown with stops in Pittsburgh; Buffalo, N.Y.; Hamden, Conn.; and Pawtucket, R.I. Then the band will go abroad for a string of European dates. See more details below.

Baldi of Cloud Nothings recently teamed up with Wavves’ Nathan Williams on a collaborative album, No Life for Me. The record is still yet to receive an official release date, but it's expected later this year.

Baldi, Getycz and the rest of the Cloud Nothings are still hard at work behind last year’s Here and Nowhere Else, as well. Diffuser recently caught the band live in Brooklyn – check out a review and photos from the concert here.
