On Sept. 16, multi-platinum alt-rockers Flyleaf will celebrate the release of their fourth full-length studio album, 'Between the Stars.' Ahead of it hitting store shelves, the band is giving fans a sneak peek into the writing and recording process of the new LP in a series of webisodes, and Diffuser is excited to unveil the very first episode. Check it out above.

In the video, frontwoman Kristen May opens up about the inspiration for the record's first single, 'Set Me On Fire.' As she explains, the tune is about "this girl who’s feeling these things for the first time, she’s feeling passion, she’s feeling love." That "new" experience is something May can relate to as this is the first Flyleaf album to feature her as lead vocalist. “I really connected with that emotion when I joined this band," she says. "I could either go inside myself … or I could be like, yes, this is what I’m here for."

Throughout the episode, the rest of the band expounds on 'Between the Stars,' specifically their new sound on the record -- a sound that involves "less screaming" than before.
