After dropping clues to an online scavenger hunt of sorts that led to a photo that may or may not be the cover of their new album, the Foo Fighters are still teasing fans with tastes of their upcoming record.

And the latest is a very small taste -- like, eight seconds of Dave Grohl screaming "all rise!" You can listen to the larynx-shredding scream above in a new YouTube clip titled '8.' It's no coincidence that only eight seconds have been unleashed. The Foos' upcoming album, their eighth, features eight songs recorded at eight studios in eight cities.

Earlier this week, the group posted on Facebook that there's some “big news” coming on Monday. Chances are it's the title and release date of the new record, which most likely will come out around Oct. 17, the day their new HBO TV show about the making of the album, ‘Sonic Highways,’ premieres.
