See Jeff the Brotherhood as Puppets in Their ‘In My Mouth’ Video
Earlier this year, Jeff the Brotherhood dropped their album, Wasted on the Dream, which brought with it the slow-charging track, “In My Mouth.” Now, they have transformed the song into a new music video, which features Jake and Jamin Orrall rocking out -- in puppet form.
The puppet versions of the Orrall brothers are equipped with just about everything they could need in the new Hale Ballard-directed clip: a guitar, drums, a smoke machine and even a leopard. Check it out in the video above (via Noisey).
Wasted on the Dream arrived back in March via Jeff the Brotherhood’s own Infinity Cat Records after they announced -- nay, rejoiced -- that they had been dropped by Warner Bros. The “In My Mouth” video follows an equally bizarre yet delightful clip for “Black Cherry Pie”
The Nashville-based duo will kick off a U.S. tour in support of their latest full-length tomorrow (June 4) in Knoxville, Tenn. Along the way, they’ll make several stops on Mumford and Sons’ Gentlemen of the Road Stopovers in Seaside Heights, N.J.; Waverly, Iowa; Walla Walla, Wash.; and -- the band’s final date on their tour on Aug. 21 -- Salida, Colo.
